S! VT-51
Good fun last night on Pacific Conflict server!! Although JG1 primarily flies German aircraft, perhaps we can make a periodic event out of it.
Also, if you guys are interested, we are currently participating in Forgotten Skies online war at http://www.forgottenskies.com. Although its currently in the Eastern theatre (Crimea 1944), there are some pacific and western front scenerios as
well. Its run by the 609 IAP boys and is a full real war based on Lowengrin's DCG engine. Stop by if you get a chance, the allies need all the help
they can get.
Please feel free to browse our site as well at http://www.jg1.org.
See ya' up,
Labroisse

We had a blast last night as well. Dragoon's planeset is an interesting match and having a full squad on comms to go up against is a unique challenge
on the server. Thanks to all your guys for coming...hope we can do it again!

Indeed, it was fun Labroisee. I'd like to know if you all would be interested in making a regular training night out of Thursdays with us? It's always
fun and challenging to train against another organized squad. Let me know. Hope to see you on our server more often.
Also, we used to be involved with FS pretty heavily, but have since moved on to using SEOW as our engine for ongoing wars. It's amazing and extremely
detailed. In our opinion, it's by far the best online war system we've come across to date. Perhaps we could set something up between us using that.

Yeah, sounds good to me but let me run ideas by our StaB and see what's up. I think we looked into SEOW at one time but I don't know what became of
that.

Very good time!
We'd be very interested in getting together on a regular basis Thursday nights for more organized events or training. We could even do something in a
coop if you all wanted. The mission could be put out ahead of time for planning, etc. if you like. Or a particular DF map could be put together with
specific targets/goals for which to plan. It's always great to fly against another squad that enjoys this sim in the same way we do.

S! Guys,
We definitely had a fantastic time last week. Thanks so much for organizing that with II./JG1_Kadin and II./JG1_Labroisse.
Let's try and make this a weekly or bi-monthly thing. I'm already talking to Labroisse and Kadin about this, and I'm sure that the rest of JG1 is
interested as well.
I read on your forums that you're currently flying Scorched Earth. We've been meaning to try out this system for a while, but haven't had the
opportunity yet. Perhaps we can do a couple more of these dogfights to get our feet wet and then try our hand at a SE mission.
Hope to see you guys online tomorrow!

we'll be there Herr Klaiber ...and look forward to getting you all stuck into
the wonderful world of SE.
I recommend that you go here: http://www.airgroup51.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=1226
Hitcher has set an SE server up for squads like yours who want to get their feet wet and see what SE is all about.

Yeah, I have been working on a few things for II./JG1 and I look forward to meeting with Klaiber to get things started. I'll also be looking to jump
onto Pacific Conflict!
BTW, I should be available late on Saturday night, if there any spots open in Operation Dragoon????

No worries Hitcher. You did miss a good one though. We'll look for you next week. It will be an hour early though, due to the time change. They go on
Daylight savings, and we're off it. Brief at 2130 EST, and launch at 2200 EST

Unfortunately, I will be playing shows the next three Saturday evenings and then I am moving downtown, so I don't expect to fly another Saturday
evening mission with you guys until December!

Hi Guys,
Sorry we missed you last Thursday. Our Staffel practice ran over and we landed up not getting finished until well after 11 Eastern.
I'll talk with Lang, Kadin and Labroisse about possibily setting something up for this week.
Let me get back to you all.

We'll be there both Tuesday and Thursday nights. If y'all prefer to run the Dragoon map (with the 190's on it), just give us the word.

S! Guys,
Thanks a lot for making last weeks dogfight a ton of fun!
For this Thursday, I believe that our Staffel 4 and 5 are going to be practicing off Hyperlobby.
But I was wondering if you guys had wanted to try and set up another dogfight for another night?
Obviously, our preference would be for something that includes German aircraft, but we'd definitely be willing to fly Japanese if you were interested
in a Pacific map. Alternatively, if you were willing to fly some USAAF, RAF or VVS aircraft, we could set up something in the European theatre.
Perhaps a rotating map schedule?
Either way, hope to talk to you more soon!
