Erickson is Gonna Be on TV!!
I just got this from our PR guy:
After a year and a half of production, editing, and waiting on Programming Executives at National Geographic Channel, it is my immense pleasure to
announce that the first ever one-hour documentary devoted exclusively to Erickson Air-Crane and our S-64 will premiere on the National Geographic
Channel in the United States on Thursday, September 17th at 8p.m. It is part of a series called “Man-Made” and is titled “Aircrane: Extreme
Helicopter”
These details come directly from an Executive Producer at National Geographic Channel and are not published yet. Erickson is not allowed to publish
the premiere date on our web site until Aug 30th, but you may certainly tell your friends and keep checking the National Geographic Channel web site

Around the world, our program has been seen in the UK, South Africa, India, Asia, Australia, Iceland, and Lithuania. At first broadcast in the UK
inside the Thursday night Prime Time slot, our program topped all other programs with the highest ratings, gaining over 150,000 viewers.
A sincere thank you to everyone involved who gave their time, energy, and expertise to make this show a real success and apparently a big hit with
audiences!

Currently, we have one machine based in Italy, flying out of Pontecinano - Salerno. We have five machines working in Greece, based at various
locations throughout the country. Andravida, Ioaninna, Tatoi (Athens), Megra (a little west of Athens) and Volos. However, for the last several days
they have all been working out of Tatoi. I'm quite jealous too, as all five of these machines have been flying 8 - 10 hours a day!
