TrackIR5 trouble with antialiasing in IL2
I always had some trouble with antialiasing in IL2 when I use the TrackIR5. Il2 refused to accept any antialiasing setting. The only way for me to get
over it was to assign the antialiasing setting I wanted directly to the TrackIR which naturally didn't fit to all the other settings I use.
Now I found a little trick to solve this problem.
1 - run Il2 in the perfect mode with your choice of antialiasing with the TIR5 TURNED OFF. Just fly around somewhat and then turn the game off.
2 - restart the TIR5 and then restart IL2
Il2 will now remain the choosen antialiasing setting (seems to remember it) and TIR5 will no longer force it back to the jagged mode.
Perhaps there are other members out there who are struggling with the same problem. Try this solution!
By the way, if you have SLI get the EVGA SLI patch and you'll get full SLI power for IL2
